Product Introduction
Special steel
Special steel, also known as alloy steel, is a type of steel. Special steel is made by adding one or several alloying elements to carbon steel in appropriate amounts, which changes the structure of the steel and gives it various special properties.
Zinc-aluminum-magnesium steel
Zinc-aluminum-magnesium steel is an alloy metal that adds a certain amount of aluminum and magnesium elements to the existing hot-dip galvanized coating, thereby having higher corrosion resistance and better comprehensive performance. Zinc-aluminum-magnesium steel performs well in processing, repair, corrosion resistance, and service life, and is widely used in industries such as construction, automotive, furniture, and home appliances.
Electrical steel
Electrical steel, also known as electrical grade steel or silicon steel, is a type of steel specifically designed for low iron loss and high magnetic conductivity. It is mainly used to produce magnetic cores for electrical equipment such as transformers, motors, generators, and magnetic bearings. Electrical steel is usually made of low carbon steel and a small amount of silicon is added to improve its magnetic properties. Adding silicon reduces the steel's electrical conductivity, thereby reducing its iron loss and increasing its permeability. Electrical steel can further improve its performance, reduce hysteresis loss, and increase magnetic induction intensity through special annealing processes such as decarburization and coating.
Cold-rolled steel
Cold-rolled steel is made from hot-rolled steel coils, which are acid-washed to remove scale, and then cold-rolled. The final product is called cold-rolled coil. Due to the cold work hardening caused by continuous cold deformation, the strength and hardness of the cold-rolled coil increase while the ductility and plasticity decrease. It is used for parts with simple deformation.
Galvanized steel
Galvanized steel is a type of steel that has undergone galvanizing treatment, which effectively prevents corrosion and rusting of the steel, thereby extending its lifespan. The surface of galvanized steel has a layer of zinc, which can prevent the steel from coming into contact with moisture and oxygen in the air, thus preventing rusting. Galvanized steel is widely used in industries such as construction, automotive, and furniture.
Pickled Steel
Pickled steel refers to steel that has undergone pickling treatment. The purpose of pickling is to remove the oxide scale on the surface of the steel to obtain a clean and active surface, ensuring the surface quality of the produced steel.
Hot-rolled steel
Hot-rolled steel is a type of steel produced by high-temperature heating and rolling. During the hot rolling process, the steel is rolled at a temperature usually exceeding 1700°F, which is higher than the recrystallization temperature of the steel. Therefore, hot-rolled steel can be easily shaped and formed, and larger-sized steel can be manufactured. Although the strength of hot-rolled steel is not very high, it is sufficient to meet the requirements of most applications. At the same time, it has good plasticity and weldability, and the price is relatively cheap.
Stainless Steel
Tinplate, commonly known as SPTE (tin-plated cold-rolled steel), refers to cold-rolled steel with a thin layer of tin on the surface. It has certain strength and hardness, good formability, and easy welding. The tin layer is non-toxic, tasteless, and has a bright surface. Tin mainly serves the purpose of preventing corrosion and rust. According to the production process, it can be divided into hot-dip tinplate and electroplated tinplate.
Aluminum coil is an industrial product made of aluminum as raw material. It has the advantages of light weight, good conductivity, and low cost, and is widely used in various industrial fields.
